Youth First Book Club

Youth First will be having a Book Club meeting on Friday, January 29, from 7-9 p.m.! (Books donated by Alok and their team!) We will be reading Beyond the Gender Binary by Alok Vaid-Menon prior to meeting on January 29. The day of our Book Club meeting we will have a discussion of the book followed by a create-your-own friendship bracelet activity. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the book!

Each youth that registers will receive a copy of Beyond the Gender Binary, friendship bracelet materials, a journal, and snacks. FOR LGBTQ+ YOUTH 12-18 YEARS OLD ONLY!

YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR SUPPLIES AT RESOURCE CENTER on Monday, January 18, anytime between 5-7 p.m. This will be a curbside pickup, so that means no major contact! If you registered and cannot pick these items up on January 18, please email us at youth@myresourcecenter.org to make arrangements.

Once you have registered you will be sent the Zoom link to join us on January 29 at 7 p.m.
